Ce qui en fait un lieu incontournable, que \u00e7a soit \u00ab\u00a0de passage\u00a0\u00bb <!--more-->pour passer d&rsquo;Est en Ouest, ou du Nord au Sud (et vis-et-versa), mais aussi pour y passer quelque jours histoire de visiter les lieux, ou encore pour quelque uns, profiter de sa fra\u00eecheur pr\u00e9sente 365 jours par an (sauf \u00e0 notre passage&#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s avoir discuter avec plusieurs voyageurs, il se trouve que Kandy on aime ou on n&rsquo;aime pas, pas de juste milieu! Et bien nous, on a aim\u00e9, je ne pourrais pas vous dire exactement pourquoi, car la circulation est plus que saturer, en son centre un magnifique lac o\u00f9 il est difficile de ne pas se faire \u00ab\u00a0baptiser\u00a0\u00bb par les milliers d&rsquo;oiseaux perch\u00e9s sur les arbres (les gens marchent avec un parapluie, de nuit alors qu&rsquo;il ne pleut pas&#8230;), mais la ville a
